We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. To assist our patients we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There are also financing options. We offer a discount of 5% for payment in full with cash or a debit card for completed root canal procedures. Patients who do not wish to take advantage of the discount for payment in full are offered Care Credit. Care Credit provides financing for up to 6 months with zero interest. Patients can also choose to pay half down and the other half within 30 days with a check or credit card draft. After 60 days a 1.5% monthly interest charge will be applied to your balance. We are happy to discuss special financial arrangements prior to your treatment. We adhere strictly to a privacy policy for your personal information.
Dental Insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your treatment. Most plans include a deductible and other expenses which must be paid by the patient. You will also need to find out from your employer and your dental plan provider exactly what your policy covers. To avoid delays in reimbursement, obtain any necessary forms from the benefits manager at your company and bring them with you to your appointment. We will, at no additional cost, assist you in filling out claim forms so that you can receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
